Exchanges

Witty B does not under any circumstance exchange products. Each piece is unique and should be based on photographs and descriptions. If for any reason the product is damaged upon arrival the product may be sent back for a full refund.

Shipping & Returns 

Orders will be processed within 3 days of purchase.

If any Witty B product arrives damaged, breaks, or becomes non-functional during the first 6 months of use you may send the product back for a full refund. If a product becomes non-functional after a 6-month period please contact Witty B to see if the product can be fixed. Purchaser must pay to ship the product back and Witty B will pay to return the product upon fixing it.
